I've accepted a position with SC Global Tubular Solutions in Houston, Texas. It's an American sub of the Japanese, Sumitomo Corporation. While we hope every move we make is our last one, this one I believe truly could be so. They're currently a Forms and Reports shop, but they do also support an ADF application as well as Application Express.
I'm very excited. The company itself is over 400 years old. You read that correctly...over 400 years old. What began as a copper mine is now a multi-national conglomerate.
No longer will my family call San Antonio home. Actually, until the house sells, I will be commuting in four days per week.
